Certain products can be returned within 10 days in their original unused condition, buyer pays for return shipping.

We ship once a week.
Please allow for a longer wait time on handmade items as they are made to order like embroidered berets.
★I got an email with my tracking number, but there has been no movement. Where is my order?
We update and send email notifications when the shipping label has been purchased. We ship orders once a week which may not necessarily be right after we buy the labels.
★How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

★Sustainability
All our products are designed in house and produced in small batches. Our berets and apparel are made in house with our embroidery machine and or the hand pulled silk screening.
When packaging our items we use as much recycled material as we can. When we receive packages we keep the cardboard, bubble wrap etc. and reuse it for your orders! This gives those single use plastics a second life and we would encourage you to reuse them where possible.
